It intends to create a community where members participate in sharing market views and forecasting prices for different currency pairs and are scored/ ranked based on multiple factors like accuracy compared to peers, realized volatility, length of the forecasting time horizon etc. The platform may periodically incentivize the top forecasters to encourage users to put in their best efforts since the success of the platform largely depends on the quality of contributions. The platform uses a set of proprietary algorithms to calculate its own projections based on the contributions from all the members.
Since performance of all members is continuously audited and appropriately incentivized, it brings a certain degree of legitimacy to the quality of forecasts made on the platform and addresses the lack of accountability and sometimes conflict of interest problem that pervades the professional world of traders and strategists in the banking domain.
